PropAdAi provides AI-assisted real estate marketing generation for US landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals. Pricing is transparent and pay-as-you-go: $2.00 per single listing credit, $10.00 for a 6-listing pack, or customized packages. There are no recurring monthly subscriptions or hidden recurring fees. Credits never expire.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Refund Policy)
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service. If you purchase credits and are unsatisfied with the generated output for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase by contacting our support team at info@propadai.com. Unused and newly purchased credits are refunded with zero hassle.
3. Fair Housing Compliance & User Responsibility
PropAdAi’s AI algorithms are strictly prompt-engineered to adhere to the US Federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3601 et seq.) and avoid discriminatory references regarding race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin. However, as the publisher of the listing, you remain ultimately responsible for reviewing all marketing copy for factual accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws prior to posting on third-party platforms such as Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Facebook Marketplace, or Craigslist.
4. Intellectual Property & License
You own full commercial rights to all text descriptions, headlines, and scripts generated using your account or credits. You may freely use, publish, and distribute them across any marketing channels without attribution.
